Today I started work on the cover blurb for The Legacy of Lorna Lovelost. Not always the easiest of tasks—giving a sense of the novel without actually giving anything away—this is the initial draft. Any thoughts/feedback appreciated.
Worlds can end in many ways … and begin in many more …
For Tobias and Lorna Lovelost, an unretracted retractable bollard marks a beginning—a beginning that will see them reunited with an old friend and embark on quests driven by the need to shape the worlds that will, sooner or later, be left behind.
A novel that explores themes of loss and continuance, The Legacy of Lorna Lovelost, like its characters, never loses its sense of humour. A driven, passionate blend of wit and pathos, it will entertain, move and prompt that so often neglected question …
… what will my legacy be?

Not sure from an evolutionary/organic chemistry point of view beginning right. Think there are more ends, and less beginnings, for worlds. But like a young earth creationist I might be too literal
If you add “Our worlds” in opening blurb changes everything.
I’ll probably be playing about with it for some time, mate, so I will certainly take into account the evolutionary/organic chemistry point of view
