Well, you just knew — didn’t you? – that Boris wouldn’t be able to keep quiet for long. No gaffes, but entertaining nonetheless.

David: I couldn’t agree more!
Marcelo: Boris doesn’t need artificial stimulants, though he did try cocaine at university and “It achieved no pharmacological, psychotropic or any other effect on me whatsoever.” He has smoked quite a few “spliffs”, however, and said, “It was jolly nice. But apparently it is very different these days. Much stronger. I’ve become very illiberal about it. I don’t want my kids to take drugs.”
