I love Dorris Lessing. One afternoon, I went into Barnes and Noble and picked up her classic, The Golden Notebook. There I read the preface to her edition after she won the Nobel Prize. Wow, she had something to say about literature and criticism and American Scholarship. She’s such an individual mind. Like Woolf, completely on her own. Anyways, I wanted to tell you that I’ve begun writing some philosophical essays on my blog http://www.philquotes.blogspot.com. Come and join in the fun. I’d love to hear your ideas.

Lessing certainly is an individual mind. I loved her reaction to receiving the Nobel Prize. So… her.
On my way over to your blog right now…
